Tee-Comm Electronics
Tee-Comm Electronics was a Canadian satellite television equipment manufacturer that founded the AlphaStar〔http://www.fcc.gov/Bureaus/Cable/Reports/fcc96496.txt FCC Annual Assessment of the Status of Competition in the Market for the Delivery of Video Programming.〕 as well as co-founded the Bell TV satellite direct-to-home television services.
Tee-Comm wholly owned AlphaStar and operated it from 1994 through 1996〔http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_1995_Sept_26/ai_17505429 TV COM International plays pivotal role in AlphaStar's launch of the first standard digital DTH satellite TV service for U.S. market〕 after which the company ceased operating as a business.
